Hi there...I did not bid on it on Ebay. The seller "Cauchys" always has excellent items for sale...and some real rarities. I would have been after it but I already have the Water Pitcher in my collection. I do need the creamer and the spooner and then I will have every piece in the pattern!

Hi There......you are correct...I missed two items from my list - they produced salt and pepper sets (this is one of a pair in the photo) and they also produced a covered bowl - which is essentially the compote in the other photo without the stem. The bowl was actually produced in a 6, 7 and 8 inch version - it would be interesting to see if they also produced the compote in any other sizes.

Hi there...I actually collect this pattern! It is called Nova Scotia Buttons and Bows. It is a very hard to find piece with the lid! This pattern comes in a Water Pitcher, Goblet, Butter, Cover Sugar, Creamer, Spooner, Water Tray and Nappy.

I am excited that you found the piece - I have a friend who would give his eye teeth for your piece! Let me know if you decide to part with it.

Best regards,
Deichmann

Here is a great Deichmann Teapot that I purchased last weekend. I have been chasing this piece for years and the stars allingned last weekend when the seller decided to part with it. This is a very large piece - and the huge fish finial is killer!! I thought you would like to see it!

Hi There

I thought I would share a couple more pieces with you all.

The first is a head or bust. I have a couple of pieces with the same head as a finial (marmalades) and a couple of mermaids sitting in dishes with the same head so I call this piece the Mermaids head. It is fully signed and also had Erica 1940 on the bottom.

The second piece came back to Canada from California - and has 21 fish carved into it and then the white has been slipped over the carved fish - it stands 10 inches high and is quite a nice one.

The 3rd piece is a small 6 inch vase with a pained mermaid on the front. I have a dozen pieces throughout my collection with a memaid theme - which was one of Ericas favorites.

Hope you enjoy seeing these and please share some of your pieces with the group!

Hi there....your blue pieces are spectaular!

I am attaching a photo of a very nice and hard to find piece that I have in my Nova Scotia Glass collection - this piece is Nova Scotia Crown and is the cookie jar. Almost always when this piece appears it is missing its lid - the one I have is a pristine and complete example.

Hi there

Attached are the photos of the Harlander Bronze. This came directly from the Harlanders to the folks I got it from - on the back of the leg - it has the T inside the H mark (he made it).

Has anyone seen another example?
