The book lacks the detailed photographs of other books, however it does provide the reader with clear categories and names, with measurements.

A fabulous book detailing Quebecois Folk Art. This book is very interested in Quebecois Art, specifically Folk art and the various designs and motifs that are present in Quebec art. It gives the reader an insight into the origin of the sign and the date from which it may have come. Towards the end of the book it centres around sculptures and figurines from Canadian Folk Art, and it has a large selection of black and white phtographs to aid the reader in distinguishing various pieces of art.
