It details the history and method of creations of antiques that have been influenced by French, English, and American designers and creators. A fabulous book detailing Quebecois Folk Art. This book is very interested in Quebecois Art, specifically Folk art and the various designs and motifs that are present in Quebec art. It gives the reader an insight into the origin of the sign and the date from which it may have come. Towards the end of the book it centres around sculptures and figurines from Canadian Folk Art, and it has a large selection of black and white phtographs to aid the reader in distinguishing various pieces of art.
