Subject: Lorenzen Pottery by Deichmann on 2010/11/5 2:55:27 Here are a couple of examples of Lorenzen pottery. The Lorenzens are most famous for their ceramic mushrooms (the frogs with the holes being the older ones and the most desirable) - but they did other pottery as well. The bowl in the photos has a face repeated 6 times on the side. The cat is a figural piece and stands 9 inches tall - I have seen this cat on 3 other occassions but always in blue. |
